I just wanted you to know about my purchase experience last week with Emily.
As we all know, making such a big purchase can be un-nerving regardless of from where or whom the purchase is made. This is where Emily made all the difference. It was very evident right from beginning that her professionalism and personality were going to make all the difference, and it did. The clock was ticking, we were under the gun to have the ring in my hands by the end of the week and that nothing could go wrong. Thanks to Emily, nothing did go wrong and the ring arrived as planned. Its' associates like Emily that make all the difference!
