The website was reasonably easy to use and represneted the product well. When I ordered the gift, I was sent an email that it was out of stock and that I would be notified when more were available to ship. I called, and the service that I recieved was friendly and quite helpful. The woman who answered asked when I needed it by and I had it in plenty of time. Everything arived in good condition.

Necklace arrived wonderfully packaged and in perfect condition.
My contact was with Lisa and she was very very helpful. I was not sure which size necklace to purchase for the cross I had and she guided me in the right direction....I even had a question about a John Hardy item I had purchased from another dealer and she opted to forward my question onto John Hardy for me which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise, however, she must have not recvd. a reply because I have not heard back from her but the gesture is what matters and impressed me with your company.
It was a pleasure to do business with you. I definitely will try to be a repeat customer when my "I want" comes around again.
