What is your return policy?
 

JR Dunn.com makes buying online risk-free with the guaranteed assurance of our return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Limits apply on Special Order items (special size, metal, etc.), so please contact us for details on what items are special order.

Jewelry: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Watches and Watch Straps: 10 days from the date of delivery.
Mounted/Unmounted Loose Diamonds: 10 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of JR Dunn Online. We only refund up to the price of standard ground shipping.

Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Processing a Return

STEP 1) Return Merchandise Approval (RMA):
Contact us at 866-362-5787 or chat or email to receive an RMA number. RETURNS ARRIVING WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. RMA's EXPIRE IN 14 DAYS.

STEP 2) Send item to JR Dunn
Please box all packages (more secure then envelopes). Include your RMA number, order number and original packaging. Include any diamond certificates, appraisals, certificates of authenticity (if not returned, you may be liable for a $250 replacement cost).

JR Dunn is not responsible for lost packages, therefore you should Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500:
You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, in a box and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

More than $500:
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, in a box, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. (FedEx and UPS will not insure jewelry shipments over $500.)

STEP 3): Receiving
Upon receipt the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, have security tags removed, have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted. Rings ordered in non-standard sizes are non-returnable (sizes other than 6, 7 for women and 10 for men). Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

When will my order ship?
 

Most in-stock items ship with in 2-7 business days. Please check with us by phone and have your order number ready to verify that the items you wish to purchase are in stock. The time required to ship Back-ordered or made-to-order items varies according to the manufacturer. Note that your payment and shipping address will need to be verified and the time required to do so may vary. If you send a check or wire we must wait for it to clear our bank, which will take 14 business days from the date the funds reach our account.
